Our Team's History

Locally owned and operated since its inception, Prudential CRES is a network comprised of commercial firms throughout the nation, a unique opportunity in the world of real estate organizations today.

Prudential CRES Callander Commercial (formerly Callander Woollam & Britigan), is a company with a long, proud history.   In 1993, Callander established the Callander Commercial Real Estate firm. Today, Prudential CRES Callander Commercial is the #1 commercial industrial company in Southwest Michigan with over 75% market share.  

Over the years, Prudential CRES Callander Commercial has grown into the most widely recognized and successful commercial real estate company in Southwest Michigan.  T he chance to bring all decision-making back to West Michigan, combined with the forces of a business enterprise recognized around the world, was an opportunity to provide a higher level of service to our clients and customers.
